Industrial Opportunity Partners (IOP), an operations-focused private equity firm, has partnered with the current management team and owners of Little Giant Ladder Systems (Little Giant), to support a recapitalisation of the business. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Little Giant is a designer, marketer and manufacturer of ladder systems to retailers and distributors in the US and internationally. The Company is based in Springville, Utah and has approximately 250 employees.

One Equity Partners (OEP), a middle market private equity firm, has completed the sale of NuArx, a provider of Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance and secure payment solutions, to Sysnet Global Solutions, a provider of cyber security and compliance solutions. Terms of the private transaction have not been disclosed.

Buy and build Investment group Tristone Capital – through its care division Tristone Healthcare – has acquired North Wales-based care business, ProCare (Wales) Limited. An investor group led by JC Flowers & Co and Värde Partners has completed the previously announced sale of Fairstone Financial Holdings (Fairstone) to Duo Bank of Canada, a Toronto-based financial services provider supported by Stephen Smith, Centerbridge Partners LP and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.Värde Partners and JC Flowers acted as equal partners in the transaction, which began in 2017 when the investor group acquired CitiFinancial Canada from Citi and rebranded the Company as Fairstone. Under the ownership of JC Flowers and Värde, Fairstone has grown into a leading Canadian non-bank provider of responsible credit solutions for near-prime borrowers. The
NTR has added a further 48 MW to its renewable energy platform through the acquisition of the Artigues et Ollières wind farm, located in the Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur region of France. The project was acquired by the NTR Renewable Energy Income Fund II, a wind, solar and energy storage fund that operates across a number of European markets. Total costs for the project amount to over EUR90 million.
The project, which comprises 22 Vestas turbines, has recently commenced operations.
