Delos Capital acquires FCA packaging

Newly-launched private equity firm Delos Capital has acquired FCA Packaging (FCA) from a group of private investors.

One of FCA’s founders as well as senior management partnered Delos in the transaction.

FCA is a manufacturer of customised and engineered packaging products and solutions for major original equipment manufacturers serving such industries as non-residential construction, heavy duty engines, agriculture, mining and energy.
