New York-based private equity and financial advisory firm Delos Capital has added Ari Lefkovits and Andrew Schweibold as co-managing partners alongside current managing partner Matt Constantino.
In their new roles, Lefkovits and Schweibold will help build out a new advisory arm for Delos.
Lefkovits has joined from a 25-year tenure at Lazard, where he was most recently a managing director advising companies, sponsors, creditors, unions and governments on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and reorganisations, debt exchanges, spin-offs as well as debt and equity financings. He advised on transactions totaling over $300bn.
Schweibold meanwhile co-founded Delos in 2013 as well as BoldRose Capital in 2016, his most recent role. He has previously worked at Vision Capital, Apollo Global Management, GTCR and Lazard, according to his LinkedIn profile.
