Evercore has appointed Denis A Bovin as a senior advisor with a focus on the global technology and aerospace/defence industry sectors.
During his career, Bovin has advised numerous prominent management teams, boards of directors and senior leaders in the US Government on some of the most significant financial and strategic transactions in the government and commercial technology sectors.
