Dentons has advised Graphite Capital on the sale of UK skincare specialist, sk:n to European and US-focussed private equity firm TriSpan.
Founded in 1986 and based in Birmingham, sk:n is the UK’s largest provider of non-surgical dermatological treatments – such as Botox, hair transplants and laser hair removal – with 51 clinics across the country.
Nicholas Plant, partner in Dentons’ UK Private Equity team and co-leader of the Firm’s global Private Equity practice who led on the deal, says: “We are delighted to have advised Graphite, a longstanding client, on the successful sale of this business.”
