Global law firm Dentons has appointed Antonella Brambilla as a partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice. Based in Milan, she will focus on the development of the Capital Markets offering in Italy.
Brambilla joins from Chiomenti law firm, where she worked for 15 years, nine of which she served as a partner. She has significant experience in equity capital markets. She assists Italian and international clients in extraordinary transactions of listed companies in regulated and non-regulated markets, public offerings of financial instruments, listings on the stock exchange, takeover bids and exchange offers, as well as corporate governance matters. She also deals with the capital markets aspects of restructuring transactions and with the structuring and establishment of legal entities with special corporate structures such as REIT/SIIQ, SPAC and SIV whose introduction in Italy she contributed to.
Dentons has also added to its Corporate and M&A team in Milan with the hire of senior associate Antonio Legrottaglie. With these last two hires, the team has grown to 21 professionals. In addition, the Firm strengthened its Real Estate practice in Milan, which now includes eight professionals, with the hire of Alessandro Gnoato.
