DHG, a pan-European medical device manufacturer backed by ArchiMed, has completed the acquisition of Danish patient turning system manufacturer, Vendlet ApS.
Vendlet, based in Aabenraa, Denmark, has over 30 years’ experience in the development, manufacturing and application of powered patient turning systems that deliver a safe and
comfortable turning experience for the patient whilst preventing the risk of musculoskeletal injury for the caregiver.
The acquisition of Vendlet, DHG’s first of 2022, is the latest in DHG’s ongoing period of growth and expansion, following on from the acquisitions of Talley Group and United Care in 2021, and the acquisitions of Gate Rehab, Handicare Patient Handling EUROW, and MediMattress (Carital) in 2020.
