DMC Capital Funding is working with private equity firms to explore co-investment strategies that leverage the services of PE firms to reduce ongoing capital requirements of portfolio companies.
Andrew Lowinger, chief executive of DMC Capital Funding, says: "Combining our expertise, experience and available capital with resources and expertise of other private equity firms will allow portfolio companies to become more stable, profitable and growth oriented in a shortened timeframe."
He says private equity firms are sitting on portfolio companies that require financing for far longer than forecasted.
