Duff & Phelps has appointed Ted Keen as Managing Director in the firm’s Transfer Pricing practice based in London. Keen will serve as the European leader for the practice, focusing on client service and further expansion of the transfer pricing group in Europe.
Keen brings over twenty years of experience advising clients on transfer pricing matters in both the US and UK. He has served clients across a wide range of industries, most recently focusing on the life science, high tech, natural resources and business services, and on applying economic analysis to complex transfer pricing valuation matters.

Ted received a PhD in Economics from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. While completing his graduate studies, he held positions as a Lecturer in Economics at Pomona, Claremont McKenna, Pitzer and Scripps Colleges. He is a thought leader and subject matter expert and has presented around the world on topics such as the OECD guidelines on transfer pricing.
The addition of Ted as European leader further strengthens Duff & Phelps’ global transfer pricing capabilities and European platform and follows the firm’s recently announced opening of transfer pricing offices with experienced practitioners in Munich and Madrid.
