Grupo Dunas Capital, an independent platform for the management of financial, real estate, and alternative assets in Spain, has appointed Natividad Sierra as Managing Director and Chief of Investor Relations of Alternative Assets.
Sierra will be responsible for leading the fundraising processes of Dunas Capital’s alternative asset vehicles and managing the relationship with its investors. In addition, she will be part of the Group’s Management Committee.
Sierra has 30 years of experience in the financial sector, mainly in private equity, and previously in mergers and acquisitions and corporate banking. Before joining Dunas Capital Group, she served as Head of Investor Relations & ESG at Corpfin Capital, one of the leading private equity firms in Spain, where she successfully led the fundraising for several funds and directed the ESG function.
Previously she was a partner, Director of Investments, and a member of the Board of Directors of several companies owned by the firm.
Sierra began her career in corporate banking in the Structured Finance division of BNP-Paribas and later worked as an Associate at Apax Partners, executing mergers and acquisitions.
She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management (E4) from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE and a Law degree from UNED.
