Private equity specialists at UK legal firm Dundas & Wilson have advised YFM Private Equity and the management team of luxury kitchen retailer Harvey Jones on an MBO deal.
The deal, which completed on 3 May, paves the way for a programme of growth planned by the management. The price of the deal has not been disclosed.
PE partners Simon Sale and Nadim Meer led the D&W team advising on the deal. Meer said: ‘This is a great deal for the incumbent management team, who are now in an excellent position to embark on an ambitious plan to grow the business.
