Eaton Partners, a private capital advisory and fund placement firm and a wholly owned subsidiary of Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF), has made several key hires, across geographies, to better serve clients in the private capital markets.
Professionals are being added in the firm’s New York, Chicago, Hong Kong, and Shanghai locations.

Hudson Collins joins Eaton Partners as Vice President of Distribution, based in New York. Collins comes to Eaton Partners from MVision Private Equity Advisers, where he handled project management, sales coverage, and origination efforts for private equity fundraises. He also helped build the firm’s West Coast presence, as one of two professionals in the San Francisco office.
David Krueger joins Eaton Partners as Vice President of Secondary Advisory in the New York office. Krueger comes to Eaton Partners from GCA Advisors, where he was a Vice President in the firm’s Financial Services and Technology Group. Previously, Mr. Krueger was a Vice President in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, focused on banks, specialty finance, and financial technology companies.
Thomas Holmstrom joins Eaton Partners as Associate of Project Management in the New York office. Holmstrom comes to Eaton Partners from Albourne Partners, where he worked as an Investment Due Diligence Analyst. He began his professional career as a Client Account Manager with Albourne in San Francisco.
Ryan Kane joins Eaton Partners as Vice President of Distribution, based in Chicago. Kane comes to Eaton Partners from Grant Park Funds, where he was a Vice President on the Business Development team for seven years. Previously, Kane spent six years as a Commodities/Equities Analyst at Briefing.com
Xiaoyan Shu joins Eaton Partners as Director of Distribution in the Shanghai office. MShu has more than 15 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Eaton Partners, she led Business Development and Cross Border Investment Structuring for the Citigroup Markets & Securities Services team in China, with a focus on supporting China-based clients investing overseas and providing Prime Brokerage services to Asian hedge funds. She also worked in Capital Introduction in Hong Kong and as a Cross-Asset Sales Strategist in Tokyo.
Raghav Kaushik joins Eaton Partners as Senior Analyst of Project Management in the Hong Kong office. Kaushik was most recently at Evercore Partners, serving as a Senior Analyst in the firm’s Private Funds Group. Previously, he held a variety of positions at Chenavari Investment Managers, Standard Chartered Bank, and First Gulf Bank.
