ECI Partners, a growth-focused mid-market private equity firm has expanded its investment team with the appointment of Louis Jans as an Investment Associate. Jans role will involve originating and working on new investments, as well as supporting management teams in the ECI portfolio.
Jans joins from global investment bank, Houlihan Lokey, where he was a technology sector specialist focusing on software, data and analytics, edtech and tech-enabled services. He has previously worked with ECI, including on an investment into Ciphr, a specialist provider of SaaS HR, payroll, recruitment and learning software, in 2020.
ECI manages funds over £2bn and has recently invested in Commify, a European messaging solutions provider, and had the final closing of its latest fund ECI 12, at the £1bn hard cap.
