ECI Partners, a growth-focused mid-market private equity firm, has invested in ISMS.online, a SaaS Information Security Management System. The deal provides a full realisation for Cow Corner, an investor focussed on UK services and software businesses, following a successful four-year investment partnership.
The SaaS platform provides a comprehensive roadmap to robust and scalable governance, risk and compliance for organisations of all sizes and maturities. ISMS.online has a global presence and over 20,000 users, including enterprise clients like Moneycorp, Siemens and Ricoh.
The ECI team that led the deal was Daniel Bailey, Lewis Bantin, Richard Chapman, David Ewing, Isabella Fox and Mia Smith.
