Edge Investments, a specialist investment house focused on the creative industries sector, has added to its team with the appointment of two specialist investment professionals – Niall Santamaria and Joshua Burge.
Santamaria joins Edge from Exodus Ventures, a specialist firm within the high-growth, early-phase digital media sector. A holder of the CFA charter and with an MBA from the London Business School, Niall has served as an investor, board member, strategic advisor and corporate finance advisor during a decade in venture capital.
Burge, with an MSc in Economic and Social History from All Souls College, Oxford joins Edge from Kerdos Ventures, an early-stage technology investor. As a member of the Investment Committee at Kerdos, Joshua has valuable experience evaluating investment opportunities, working with talented management teams and modelling financial projections. Previously Joshua worked as an investment banking analyst and corporate finance practitioner at GP Bullhound.
Santamaria and Burge will join Edge as Investment Managers and will focus on sourcing and developing investment opportunities in the creative industries and the technologies that enable them.
