Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management has appointed Anne-Laurence Roucher as group head of private markets. Roucher will oversee the investment strategy and operations of private equity, infrastructure private debt, and real estate investments, aligning with the firm’s commitment to impact investing and sustainable finance.
Roucher will report to the firm’s CEO Christophe Caspar and joins its executive committee. She is based in Geneva. The firm currently manages over €24bn in private markets strategies.
Roucher brings over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. She joins from Mirova (Natixis), an impact asset manager she co-founded in 2012. Over her decade as deputy CEO, structured and developed the firm’s investment platform, growing assets under management from inception to €25bn.
From 2021 to 2025, she served as head of private equity and natural capital at Mirova, overseeing multiple strategies dedicated to growth equity, agroecological infrastructure, and climate finance. Prior to joining Mirova, she spent more than a decade in strategy and corporate development roles at Natixis Group and AT Kearney. Roucher is also certified as a non-executive director by the Institut Français des Administrateurs.
