Encore Consumer Capital has promoted Daniel Gross and Kisen Nathu to Director. The pair both joined Encore as Associates.
Gross joined Encore in 2008 and was instrumental in exited Encore investments PhillySwirl and Zuke's. He is a board director of current Encore investments Atlantic Aqua Farms, Full Sail Brewing Company, ThunderWorks and Van Law Food Products, Inc. His prior work experience includes LEK Consulting. He received his BA from Northwestern University and MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Nathu joined Encore in 2007 and played important roles throughout the life-cycle of exited Encore investments Aidells, FreshKO, Isopure and Tarte. He is a board director of current Encore investments butter LONDON, Fantasy Cookie Company and Mesa Foods. His prior work experience includes investment banking with Morgan Keegan and Piper Jaffray as well as debt capital markets with CapitalSource. He received his BA from Duke University.
