Alternative asset management firm EnTrust Global has appointed Sophia Mullen as president, a newly-created role at the company. Mullen will continue to head EnTrust Global’s $8 billion opportunistic co-investment strategy and remain on EnTrust Global’s Management Committee and Global Investment Committee.
As the firm’s President, Mullen will focus on expanding the company’s global presence, and pursuing other innovative opportunities for the firm’s increasingly diverse institutional investor base.
Mullen, who most recently served as Senior Managing Director of EnTrust Global, has played a key role in the growth of the company. In the four years she has led the co-investment team, the firm has deployed over $4.4 billion – including almost $1 billion in 2020 alone, despite the disruption caused by Covid-19 – across 43 investment opportunities.
Mullen will report directly to EnTrust Global Chairman and CEO, Gregg Hymowitz, in this new role.
