London-based private equity firm Epiris has promoted Kathryn Pothier to Partner, Alex Wilby to Investment Partner and both Thayne Forbes and Zoe Lai to Investment Director.
Pablo Espinoza and Scott Forbes have also been promoted to Investment Manager and Investment Associate respectively.
Pothier joined Epiris in January 2023 as Investor Relations Partner to lead the firm’s investor relations and fund-raising activities, having previously served as Head of Investor Relations at Dallas-based private equity firm Trive Capital.
Wilby joined Epiris as an investment manager in 2019 and was promoted to Investment Director in 2021. He has worked on the firm’s investments in ISS, Sharps, The Big Table and The Club Company and sits on their boards.
Both (Thayne) Forbes and Lai joined Epiris through its associate programme in 2020. Forbes has worked on the firm’s investments in Pure Cremation, Delinian, ISS, Stuart Turner and Nucleus, while Lai has worked on those in GSF, LoneStar, Stuart Turner, The Big Table, Bonhams and Saunderson House.
Espinoza joined Epiris through its analyst programme in 2019 and has worked on its investments in LoneStar, Sepura, Sharps, The Big Table and Diamorph.
(Scott) Forbes also joined Epiris through the analyst programme in 2021 and has worked on investments in LoneStar and ISS.
