Morgan Lewis Paris Office advised ETF (Environmental Technology Fund) on its investment in the company Enablon, a leading provider of sustainability management software.
Since 2000, Enablon’s mission is to provide software solutions that make organisations sustainable. The French company provides the industry’s most comprehensive suite of software, content and technology that enables end-to-end management of sustainability performance. Enablon solutions are used by more than 250 global companies and 200,000 users across all industries. The company operates in more than 130 countries and aims to reach a turnover of EUR30m in 2011.
