Ethos Capital has appointed Lauri Palmieri as a principal to help lead the expansion of its Office of Value Creation, according to a report by Alternatives Watch.
Palmieri joins the Boston-based private equity firm with more than 25 years’ experience leading global technology teams, including senior roles at Salesforce, IBM, and Twilio. She will work alongside Chief Value Creation Officer Stephen Gold, who joined Ethos in 2021 from AI-focused group SparkCognition.
Ethos established its Office of Value Creation earlier this year as part of a broader effort to drive performance across its portfolio. Palmieri will focus on deploying the firm’s Acceleration Vector methodology, which is designed to help management teams identify, prioritise, and execute growth initiatives.
Founded in 2019 by Abry Partners alumnus Erik Brooks, Ethos Capital typically invests in majority and minority stakes in middle-market information services businesses across North America and Europe.
