Eurazeo CEO Virginie Morgon is to depart the company along with general secretary Nicolas Huet and mid-large buyout head Marc Frappier in April, following the appointment of a new executive board at the French listed investment company, according to a report by unquote.com.

The new executive board, which has been appointed unanimously by the supervisory board, comprises two chairmen – Christophe Bavière and William Kadouch-Chassaing – as well as Sophie Flak and Olivier Millet.

According to a press release, the shake-up is part of an initiative “to accelerate Eurazeo’s development towards third-party asset management, optimize its capital allocation and continue to improve the company’s financial and non-financial performance”.

Eurazeo currently manages around €32.4 billion in AUM. In 2022, it raised €3.1 billion from limited partners, in line with a €3 billion target. This included the PME IV fund, which closed above its €1bn target and an increase of more than 50% compared to the Eurazeo’s previous fund.
