Eureka makes three promotions

Eureka Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on investments in companies with up to $100 million in revenue across business services, health care services, specialty industrials and consumer products, has promoted Alexandra Oswald to partner from principal. 

Eureka Equity Partners (Eureka), a private equity firm focused on investments in companies with up to $100 million in revenue across business services, health care services, specialty industrials and consumer products, has promoted Alexandra (Tassie) Oswald to partner from principal. 

Oswald currently serves on the Board of Directors of LegalPartners Group, MedForce, and Synergi, and was formerly a director of McCue Corporation.

In addition, Eureka has promoted Dan Black to principal from vice president and Mealnie (Ellie) Butler to controller form fund accountant.

Black currently serves on the Board of Directors of UTC Retail and has also been actively involved Eureka’s investments in iPEC Coaching, Jansy Packaging, LegalPartners Group, MedForce and Merit Service Solutions. 

Prior to joining Eureka in 2019, Butler was a senior associate at Hamilton Lane Advisors and an audit staff accountant at Ernst & Young, LLP.
