Fiderion, a global retained executive search firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, has launched a private equity group dedicated to recruiting senior-level talent for private equity firms involved in industrial, technology and consumer product portfolio companies.

Norton, III. ‘As private equity firms continue to expand their activities, the need to recruit high-calibre leaders takes on increased importance.

Fiderion was founded in 2002 and has offices in Atlanta, New York, San Francisco and Cleveland. A 30-year industry veteran, Norton was formerly the senior managing director and head of the Americas financial services practice at Korn/Ferry International.
He previously served as managing director and head of the regional financial services practice at LAI Worldwide and GKR. Fiderion serves a wide range of clients in the financial services industry, from global and specialist asset management firms to hedge funds, banks and insurance companies.
