The EQT Exeter Industrial Core Plus Fund IV has received a USD50 million commitment from the Ohio Police & Fire Pension find, according to a report by Investments & Pensions Europe.
The allocation comes hot on the heels of a USD100 million commitment to the fund by the Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System.
The EQT Exeter Industrial Core Plus Fund IV, which is expected to close soon, has a USD3.2 billion hard cap target. It’s predecessor fund, which closed in October 2019 raised a total of USD1.3 billion.
