EY-Parthenon has appointed Infrastructure specialist Francois-Xavier Delenclos as a Partner with a focus on serving Infrastructure investors in the Private Equity team, including pension, infrastructure and sovereign wealth funds across the transport, energy and telecommunications sectors.
Delenclos brings strategy consulting and executive experience and joins from the Private Equity practice of a leading management consultancy. Prior to that he was Group Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Business Development at AP Moller Maersk where he led a team in charge of M&A and Corporate Strategy in the infrastructure business covering ports and logistics. There he gained experience in M&A and divestments in multiple geographies in the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
