Formation Group, a sports and talent management agency, has confirmed that it is in exclusive talks with Gresham Private Equity over certain parts of the Formation business.
The group says discussions are ongoing and while there is no guarantee that any agreement will be reached, the company has entered into a period of exclusivity with Gresham.
It says no interest has been expressed in the company as a whole.
Formation’s clients include Simon Cowell and TV presenters Ant and Dec (pictured).
