Steve Moseley, the former head of alternatives at the Alaska Permanent Fund Corp, has been appointed as a managing director at Wafra Inc where he will head up a new new co-investment strategy, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal.
Moseley’s focus in his new role will be to help formulate the firm’s Covalent strategy having previously implemented a commingled funds strategy at Alaska’s $78.95 billion sovereign-wealth fund. He also arranged co-investments alongside fund managers and direct investments before leaving his role in May of this year after more than eight years.
