The firm won Abry as a client with the arrival of relationship partner Anu Balasubramanian from DLA Piper in June 2018.

Alongside Balasubramanian, the Paul Hastings team included corporate senior associate Matthew Poxon, finance partner Richard Kitchen and associate Amin Doulai, tax partner Arun Birla, privacy partner Sarah Pearce, and competition partner Pierre Kirch and associate Joséphine Fourquet. Advokatfirmaet BAHR and DLA Piper Norway advised on the Norwegian law aspects of the transaction.
