Foresight Group (Foresight) has sold its investment in ICA Digital (ICA), realising a 2.4x return, through a trade sale to ASL Group.
Foresight originally invested GBP2 million to fund the management buyout of ICA Digital, a managed print services business based in Horley, UK. During the course of the investment, Foresight supported management to execute a focused sales strategy, in particular developing high-margin contracted service revenues.
ICA will continue to offer the high quality of service to its customers across the south east of England, working with the experienced senior team at Cambridge-based ASL Group.

The Northern team at mid-market private equity firm Livingbridge has built on its strong track record in the region, completing deals valued at a total of GBP300m in 2017.

RPMI Railpen along with the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (APFC) and The Public Institution for Social Security of Kuwait (PIFSS) have committed a combined total of USD700 million to the venture which will be advised by Wafra Investment Advisory Group Inc (Wafra).

IK Investment Partners (IK) has closed the IK Small Cap II Fund (IK Small Cap II) at its hard cap of EUR550 million. IK Small Cap II was substantially oversubscribed and allocated to existing IK platform investors.
The Fund is nearly double the size of IK’s maiden small cap fund, which closed at its hard cap of EUR 277 million in March 2016. IK Small Cap I Fund has invested in 12 companies of which three have been successfully realised to date.

InnovMetric Software, a provider of universal 3D metrology software solutions, has acquired Prefixa Vision Systems, its PolyWorks Master distributor in Mexico, following five years of successful cooperation.

Oakley Capital Private Equity II is to sell its 38.5 per cent stake in Parship Elite Group (PEG) and 9.9 per cent stake in Verivox to NuCom Group (NuCom), ProSiebenSat.1’s Commerce unit. The agreement is subject to approval by the responsible antitrust authorities.
The Company will realise estimated cash proceeds of approximately GBP51.1 million on completion of these transactions. The realisations would represent an increase of GBP10.6 million to the NAV range announced on 31 January 2018, lifting the NAV per share of GBP2.43 – GBP2.45 by 5 pence.
