UBS Financial Services has invested in iCapital Network, a financial technology platform providing access to alternative investments for high-net-worth individuals and their financial advisors, joining lead investor BlackRock as a strategic partner.

Atlantic-Pacific Capital has held the final closing of Growth Capital Partners Fund IV (Fund IV) with GBP205 million of capital commitments.
Fund IV received support from a diverse group of institutional investors, including public pension funds, corporate pension funds and investment management groups across the US and Europe.

Hamburg-based private equity firm CEE has expanded its wind power portfolio with teh acquisition of an additional German wind farm in Lüdersdorf, Brandenburg from Danish company European Energy A/S.
The wind farm consists of two turbines (type Vestas V112). The hub height is 140m, the rotor diameter is 112m, and the wind farm’s overall capacity is 6.6 megawatts (MW). The turbines, which were commissioned in May, will deliver environmentally friendly power for about 5,000 households each year. CEE Operations, which manages the CEE Group’s power plant portfolio, is responsible for the commercial side. The seller of the wind farm is
North West UK-based Mowgli Street Food, an Indian restaurant street food chain, has successfully secured GBP3.45m in expansion funding from Foresight Group, an independent infrastructure, private equity and investment manager.
The M&A and private equity team at audit, tax and consulting firm RSM advised Mowgli Street Food.
Founded by Nisha Katona in Liverpool in 2014, Mowgli Street Food is a chain of Indian street food restaurants with sites in Bold Street and Water Street in Liverpool and at the Corn Exchange in Manchester.

Creathor Venture is leading a financing round for Helsinki, Finland-based Blueprint Genetics, a provider of clinical genetic testing for the diagnosis of inherited diseases, leveraging a proprietary AI-enabled sequencing and interpretation platform.

Palatine Private Equity has invested in The Bunker, a provider of ultra-secure managed IT services to mid-market UK companies.
The transaction sees Palatine back the current management team, led by Phil Bindley, with Andy Hague joining the business as Group CEO. The deal is the fifth deal out of Palatine’s third fund.
The Bunker, which delivers mission critical cloud solutions via its ultra-secure data centres, was founded over 20 years ago and operates nationally from sites across the South of England. Palatine plan to use The Bunker as a buy and build platform to create a full service cyber security
