IntraLinks has acquired MergerID and PE-Nexus, two online deal sourcing platforms for the mergers and acquisitions industry.
MergerID, based in London and owned by the Financial Times Group, and PE-Nexus, a privately-held company based in Miami, Florida, will be combined to create the largest global deal marketplace and professional network for qualified M&A professionals.

Spring Mountain Capital has organised and closed a USD9.2m Series A private equity financing facility for the Hurel Corporation, a provider of advanced artificial tissue constructs and microfluidic cell-based assay platforms.
Funds from the financing will support the commercial launch of Hurel’s current products, the continued research and development of its technologies and future products, and other general corporate purposes.
Spring Mountain, operating through its SMC Select Co-Investment Fund I, is the lead investor. Spring Mountain also organised co-investment participations by several other private investor entities.

Both Aztec and Toutatis are glendonTodd portfolio companies.

CapVest Equity Partners II and Lantmännen ek have created the leading Nordic poultry producer through the simultaneous acquisition of Kronfågel Group in Sweden and Denmark from Lantmännen, and Cardinal Foods in Norway from CapMan.
The new company will have a turnover of more than SEK5bn, while the ownership structure positions the business for further development in international markets, as well as opportunities for product development and innovation.

A long-term financing agreement for USD218m has been signed with the Russian Sberbank to finance the construction of Zelenopark project, a retail centre of approximately 100,000 square meters GLA, developed in partnership with PGP Development in Zelenograd, Moscow region.

Brazos Private Equity Partners, a Dallas-based private investment firm, has invested in European Wax Center (EWC), a provider of facial and body wax treatment services through its network of franchise stores.
Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Existing management, led by co-founders David and Josh Coba, who serve as chief executive and chief operating officer, respectively, will continue to run the company and will retain a significant equity stake in the business. Princeton Ventures, a private investment firm based in Princeton, New Jersey, invested alongside Brazos in this transaction.

ACAS CLO 2013-1, an affiliate of American Capital, has closed on the sale of USD414m of collateralised loan obligation bonds. The transaction was arranged by Deutsche Bank Securities.
The CLO is externally managed by American Capital Leveraged Finance Management, a subsidiary of American Capital Asset Management, a wholly-owned portfolio company of American Capital, for an annual management fee of 50 basis points of total assets.
The CLO has primarily invested the proceeds of the bonds in broadly syndicated senior secured loans purchased in the primary and secondary markets.
