Global private investment firm KKR has held the final closing of KKR Ascendant Fund SCSP, an investment vehicle dedicated to investing in middle market businesses in North America, with $4.6bn in total capital commitments.
Miura Partners, a Spanish private equity firm with offices in Barcelona and Madrid, has held the final close of its fourth flagship fund, Miura Fund IV, at its hard cap of €475m taking the firm’s fundraising so far this year to over €800m.
