RiverGlade Capital (RiverGlade), a healthcare-focused private equity firm, has sold its controlling stake in US Oral Surgery Management (USOSM) to Oak Hill Capital (Oak Hill).

Judo, a mobile experiences platform company, has secured seed funding of USD3 million, in a round co-led by TenOneTen Ventures and Freestyle Capital.
The company raised capital after operating profitably to realise the market potential of its category-defining platform, which has been built to meet the needs of the most demanding mobile publishers. Private industrial investment company HLD Group has acquired Thurston Group – a specialist in modular building solutions for the education, commercial and healthcare sectors.
This major acquisition, which will ensure the ongoing operation and growth of Thurston Group, was facilitated by Independent Growth Finance, through a GBP16 million asset-based lending (ABL) facility that formed part of the total acquisition cost.
The acquisition is the largest deal in HLD Group’s 10-year history and is an important addition to its portfolio of companies. It also marks an ambitious step in the group’s investment strategy.
