Varagon Capital Partners (Varagon) is serving as Administrative Agent, Lead Arranger and Bookrunner on a senior secured credit facility to support Quad-C Management’s (Quad-C) investment in Village Gourmet. Village Gourmet is a producer of premium authentic branded and private label fine meats, charcuterie and specialty snacking products.  Village Gourmet offers products through five specialty brands, including Three Little Pigs, Fabrique Délices, Longhini Sausage, Uncle Charley’s Sausage Co and Esposito’s Finest Quality Sausage.
Stirling Square Capital Partners (Stirling Square), a pan-European mid-market private equity firm, has invested in Itelyum Group (Itelyum) in partnership with Deutsche Beteiligungs (DBAG), a publicly listed mid-market private equity firm.  Stirling Square’s Fourth Fund and its co-investors will acquire a majority stake and DBAG Fund VII will acquire a minority stake in Itelyum from Stirling Square’s Third Fund. The International Stock Exchange (TISE) has revised its Listing Rules to attract Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs).
United Group, a provider of telecommunications services and media in Southeast Europe, has reached an agreement with Crystal Almond Holdings Limited to acquire Greek telecoms operator Wind Hellas, one of the country’s three mobile operators. Wind has a total of 4.2 million users and offers mobile, fixed, internet, and television services. It generates revenues in excess of EUR500 million annually.   The transaction will enable United Group to combine Wind with its existing Greek pay-TV provider Nova to create a strong converged operator that will be the number two player in both broadband internet and television services.    In an
