Concentrix Corporation, a global provider of customer experience (CX) solutions and technology, has reached a definitive agreement to sell its insurance third-party administration operations and software platform (CIS) to Abry Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, and Hoplon Capital, an asset manager focused on digital disruption of end markets including insurance.   This will create a new company which will operate as a standalone business bringing innovation to the insurance marketplace. The transaction is expected to close by the end of May 2021 subject to the approval of customary regulatory requirements and closing conditions. The sale does not impact Concentrix’
Arkhn, a specialist in healthcare data interoperability, has finalised a first round of financing of EUR4 million. According to the first estimates obtained by the Spanish Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (ASCRI), through the European platform EDC, the volume of private capital investment in Spain reached EUR1.125 billion in the first quarter of 2021, 84 per cent more than in the same of period last year, from a total of 236 deals. Churches Fire, a Southampton-based provider of fire safety and security compliance services, has secured a significant GBP75 million refinancing package from HSBC UK and HSBC Asset Management, Northleaf Capital Partners and Siemens Bank. The senior debt package will provide Churches, which is backed by private equity sponsor Horizon Capital, with significant firepower for future acquisitions.
