ADM Capital, a Hong Kong-headquartered investment manager specialising in Asia Pacific credit and sustainable investment, has raised USD630 million in new assets, taking its total under management to USD2.4 billion.
These funds will be invested in the Asian private credit markets and will target mid-sized companies.

Moonfare, a European private equity and alternatives investment platform, has launched a top-tier US tech fund offering where individual investors and wealth managers can invest money into these funds for the first time.Moonfare has enabled its users access to another US tech fund after it was able to close Insight Partners’ Growth Equity fund within a week. Insight Partners has 20 years of experience in operating and investing in growing software companies, with over USD20 billion in AuM.

LGB Corporate Finance has arranged a GBP20 million Medium Term Note (MTN) programme for Simply Asset Finance, a private equity backed specialist asset finance provider. The facility will enable Simply Asset Finance to expand its lending capabilities.
Simply Asset Finance offers finance products as a secured lender to SMEs to fund the purchase of business-critical equipment and to free up working capital. It is a portfolio company of Cabot Square Capital, a private equity investor in UK specialist lending businesses.

Maven Capital Partners has led a funding round in Chester-based Intilery.com, a customer data platform and real-time decision engine that powers multi-channel campaigns.
The funding will enable Intilery to expand the sales and marketing team and develop its commercial offering.

Glennmont Partners, a fund manager focused exclusively on investing in clean energy infrastructure, has agreed to the sale of a 15 per cent minority stake in Project Piiparinmäki, a 211.4mw wind farm, to Kansai Electric Power Company.
The onshore wind farm, located in central Finland, is currently under construction with COD expected in late 2021. Once operational, Piiparinmäki will be the largest wind farm in Finland, a significant wind power asset in the Nord Pool area, and one of the largest unsubsidised wind farms in Europe.
The sale of the stake in Piiparinmäki marks the first divestment from Glennmont’s EUR850
Vattenfall has entered into a partnership with Greencoat UK Wind, and has given the green light to the construction of South Kyle, its largest onshore wind farm in the United Kingdom.
Icebreaker.vc, which invests in Finnish, Swedish and Estonian tech companies, has held a first close of its second fund at EUR50 million.
The target size of Icebreaker Fund II, which will invest in very early stage tech companies, is EUR75 million. Already before the Corona crisis there was a gap of investors in this segment since most tech investors focus on later investment rounds, according to the firm.
