Garnett Station Partners (Garnett Station), a $2bn AUM New York-based investment firm focused on the consumer and business services, health & wellness, automotive, and food & beverage sectors, has appointed Fernando Machado as a Senior Advisor to the firm.
According to a press statement, Machado will advise Garnett Station’s portfolio companies to develop marketing programmes focused on “driving growth by capitalising on competitive advantages, enforcing brand narrative and powering customer loyalty”.
Machado, who brings over two decades of marketing and brand development experience to the firm, currently serves as the Global Chief Marketing Officer a NotCo, a unicorn start-up in the food tech space. Prior NotCo, Machado served as Chief Marketing Officer at Activision Blizzard and at Restaurant Brands International.
Machado started his career at Unilever, where he worked for 18 years, first as an intern and working his way up to Vice President of Global Brand Development at Dove.
