Garnett Station Partners, a New York-based investment firm managing over $2.3bn in assets, has added Dan Lee as Partner.
Lee joins from Comvest, a $12.5bn middle-market private equity and credit investment firm, where he spent 13 years as Partner and Co-Head of Consumer & Retail for the company’s direct lending strategy. In this role, he led business development operations, originating, structuring and managing investments primarily in the consumer and retail industries.
Prior to Comvest, Lee served as Senior Director of Dymas Capital Management, an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, where he was part of the investment committee and helped grow the firm from a start-up to a middle-market finance company.
Garnett Station Partners was founded in 2013 by Matt Perelman and Alex Sloane. The firm invests in consumer and business services, health and wellness, automotive, as well as food and beverage.
