Italian corporate and financial law firm Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners advised the private equity firm CVC on the acquisition of Italian generic drugs firm Doc Generici from Charterhouse.
CVC was assisted by a team composed by partners Bruno Gattai and Gerardo Gabrielli, together with senior associate Lorenzo Fabbrini. Lorenzo Cairo, Licia Garotti and Micaela Tinti, heads of the Firm’s Employment, IP and Administrative Law departments respectively, participated in the transaction, as well.
