Italian corporate and financial law firm Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners has advised Ardian portfolio and Italian outsourcing company F2A FIS-Antex, on the acquisition of Archimede HR.
Based in Perugia, Archimede HR is a leading workforce management software developer for several industries, including healthcare, transports and retail. The acquisition allows F2A to expand its range of services with highly synergistic specialist competences.
It also strengthens F2A’s strategic position in Central Italy with a new office in Perugia, where all Archimede HR employees and a dedicated software R&D centre will be based. Archimede HR founder Aldo Pascucci will join F2A as head of new services development.
