The middle-market, private equity buyout fund, GenNx360 Capital Partners, has added Jerod A Pierce to its Management Company’s operating team.
Pierce will focus on operational value creation, operational due diligence and will work hand-in-hand with portfolio management to both identify operational value creation opportunities and to implement them. He will report to Chuck Castine, Senior Partner, and will be based in the firm’s Seattle office.
For the past five years, Pierce has held a number of positions in the financial services industry, most recently at the investment banking firm of DA Davidson & Co which has given him hands-on experience working on middle-market investment banking transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, financial analysis, and deal structuring. Prior to joining DA Davidson & Co, Pierce completed an internship as an OpEx (Six Sigma) Associate at Washington Mutual Corporation.
"This significant addition to our team further deepens our ability to apply leading operational insights, strategies, skills and connections to successfully buy, guide, and grow our portfolio companies and will increase our capacity to pursue and drive value in quality opportunities. We are thrilled to add Mr. Pierce to our team," says Castine.
Pierce holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle University’s Albers School of Business and Economics where he majored in Business Economics. He also completed an Accounting Certificate Program from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. He holds both a Series 7 and a Series 66 license from the NASD. He is a member of the Albers School of Business and Economics’ Albers Alumni Board and volunteers as a middle school basketball coach at the YMCA and AAU programs.
