Genstar Capital, a private equity firm focused targeted segments of the healthcare, financial services, industrials and software industries, has added pharma executive Keith Martino to its strategic advisory board. In his new role, Martino will advise Genstar on its healthcare vertical.
Martino has worked within pharmaceuticals, consulting, private equity and venture capital, most recently joining from Cardinal Health, where he managed four pharma services businesses. He has previously worked at US drug manufacturer Abbott, AbbVie and Shire (formerly Baxalta); as an Operating Partner at Chicago-based private equity firm Vistria Group; and as Chief Strategy Officer at technology-enabled hub services company CareMetx.
