glendonTodd Capital (glendonTodd), a Dallas-based private equity firm, has appointed Mary Hatcher to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.

Hatcher served as a Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant for Blockbuster Inc. from January 2010 through April 2010, where she was responsible for the divestiture process for certain international markets. Previously, Ms. Hatcher served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for Blockbuster Inc. from 2007 until 2009, where she maintained responsibility for the company’s Investor Relations, Treasury, Risk Management, Finance and Planning functions.
Hatcher joined Blockbuster in 2000 as Vice President of Investor Relations and in 2002, was promoted to Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. In 2003, she also assumed the role of Corporate Treasurer responsible for Blockbuster’s global Treasury and Risk Management functions prior to Blockbuster’s split from Viacom. From 2005 until 2007, she expanded her responsibility to include the Accounting, Finance, and Shared Financial Services functions.
Prior to joining Blockbuster, Hatcher held investor relations positions with several large Dallas-based companies, including 7-Eleven, Inc. and Excel Communications.
Hatcher serves as a Board member and Chair of the Finance and Compensation Committee for the Dallas Film Society.
Hatcher has an undergraduate degree in General Business from Mississippi State University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Dallas.
