Phélippeau has been active in the design and implementation of innovative HR strategies in fast-growing international companies for 25 years. She was most recently Chief People Officer and Managing Director at property company PlanetHome, where she was responsible for people and culture, building the employer brand and leadership development, among other areas.
As chief HR officer, Phélippeau was previously in charge of HR strategy and cultural integration in the context of the merger between DencoHappel and Fläkt Woods to form the FläktGroup, a leading provider of air-conditioning and ventilation technology.
