Global law firm Goodwin has continued to build out its private equity platform in Germany with the hire of partner Florian Hirschmann.
Hirschmann, who is resident in Munich on a remote basis, advises clients primarily on complex, cross-border private equity, M&A and venture capital transactions, as well as joint ventures. He also has in-depth expertise in German-Chinese investments.
In addition to Hirschmann, private equity counsel Silvio McMiken will be joining Goodwin in Germany. McMiken has extensive experience in a wide range of transactional and corporate advisory work, including public and private domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, mergers, joint ventures and restructuring.
