Global law firm Goodwin has appointed Codrina Constantinescu as a Partner in the Private Investment Funds arm of the firm’s Luxembourg office, bringing more than 15 years of experience advising clients private fund clients.
Constantinescu focuses on the structuring, establishment, fundraising and on-going operations of all types of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds, co-investment vehicles, SMAs, and similar structures/arrangements.
She also assists institutional investors in relation to their participation/investments in Luxembourg and foreign investment funds, and has a strong regulatory background – particularly AIFMD, MIFiD, and the SFDR.
Constantinescu is the latest addition to Goodwin’s Luxembourg team, with recent hires including private investment funds partner Virginie Leroy, counsel Julien Schraub and Céline Moille in the Tax and Financial Services practices, respectively.
Private investment funds attorney Oana Millich was also promoted to Partner in October.
