Horizon Capital, a private equity investor specialising in technology and business services, called on GRAPH’s expertise in preparation for selling its portfolio company Bellrock to Sun European Partners.
Private equity firm, Elysian Capital, also requested GRAPH’s assistance to complete its acquisition and investment deal into D3O Holdings Limited.
