Great Point Partners (GPP), a Greenwich-based private investment firm focused exclusively on the health care industry, has sold Softbox Systems (Softbox) to to CSafe Global, a portfolio company of Frazier Healthcare Partners and Thomas H Lee Partners.
UK-based Softbox is a provider of passive temperature-controlled packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, life science, cold chain and third-party logistics industries, and is Pfizer’s primary supplier for Covid-19 vaccine temperature-controlled shipping needs.
