Prior to his role at Pantheon, Schupp was an investment director at EISER Infrastructure Fund, previously known as ABN Amro, and was head of infrastructure finance for Continental Europe at Bank of Scotland.

Also joining the team in London is Niccolo Massa, who joined the firm in February 2012 and has been involved with the debt and equity teams. He takes on the role of associate within the debt team reporting to Tim Cable, investment director also based in London.
